Talke the exit off the roundabout signposted "Exmouth" This will be the first exit if you are travelling southbound or the fourth exit if you are travelling northbound.

After 300 yards you will come to a second roundabout where you take the third exit (turning right) signposted to Exmouth.

Now keep going straight on this road for approximately 8 miles and you will reach Exmouth.

Once in Exmouth turn left into Gipsy Lane at the first set of traffic lights and then turn right at the mini-roundabout at the end of this road.

In approximately 100 yards you will reach another small roundabout where you should turn left up Marpool Hill

Ashley Road is the first turning on the left and number 34 is at the top of the hill on the right-hand-side.
