Kinesiology and Learning Difficulties...

Many people nowadays, both adults and children, experience problems which prevent them from achieving their full potential. These problems are not always medically diagnosed.

Research has found that if baby reflexes fail to become inhibited during infancy, their continuing presence prevents the natural development of neurological pathways. This can lead to such developmental problems as allergies, dyslexia, dyspraxia, hyperactivity, Asperger's syndrome, stress, panic attacks, depression, low self esteem, travel sickness and many others.

Using kinesiology's muscle testing technique I screen clients with simple un-invasive tests to assess whether such reflexes are present and if so which ones they are.

I use many techniques there and then, tailored to suit each individual's needs. There is usually a significant change after that hour's work. Subsequently, within two to four weeks, I reassess the client's progress to be sure that all baby reflexes have been thoroughly inhibited, allowing the client to develop their full potential.

What other techniques may be involved?

Each of my clients is unique. There is no one set package of treatment. So, as well as individually assessed:

  • nutritional advice and supplements
  • simple brain integration exercises

It may also be appropriate to use:

  • food sensitivity testing
  • flower remedies
  • acupressure
  • gentle manipulation and massage
  • addressing of emotional problems
