Kinesiology and Traumatic events..

HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN OR WITNESSED INCIDENTS THAT ARE STILL IMPACTING ON YOUR LIFE?

HAVE YOU HAD TO DEAL WITH RESULTS OF ONGOING STRESSFUL EVENTS OVER A PERIOD OF TIME?

The effects of trauma can be wide ranging.
Here are some examples:

  • depression
  • headaches/migraines/aches and pains
  • mood/ behaviour swings
  • constant reminders/flashbacks
  • sleep problems
  • guilt
    fatigue
  • difficulty making decisions
  • digestive problems
  • inability to move on in life

If you have…

  • tried other therapies without success
  • would rather not have to talk at length about the trauma issues
  • or simply have had enough of going over the problem

we may be able to help.

Using various techniques developed through working with clients over many years, we are able to offer an alternative approach.

After initially taking a history of your experiences and how they affect you now, we will address the memories and effects through a simple series of clearing techniques.
These work on Primary Reflex responses, unconscious reactions which lock you into behavioural or physical patterns established in infant years in response to stress and shock, rendering you unable to deal with your issues with logical or conscious thought or will power.Retained Primary Reflexes keep you trapped in the trauma and re-trigger the stress whenever there is any reminder of the issues.

Once kinesiology has gently cleared the trauma, most clients report feeling much more relaxed and at home with themselves. They no longer relive the memories and physical symptoms are usually reduced or disappear. Most express how relieved they were at the simplicity and effectiveness of our approach. The final stage is to support moving forward with a new, positive outlook and goals for the future.
